LinkPay’s reviewed seller terms state a default 30% platform share and 70% seller share after defined deductions, unless an agreed rate applies. A numeric buyer surcharge is not established here.
Start with the contractual base.
LinkPay’s seller terms describe vendor deductions before the platform split. That makes a simple claim that a $100 listing always leaves $70 incomplete. The amount that enters the split depends on the applicable deductions and the buyer-payment definition.
The 30% default comes from sections 2 and 7.2 of the seller terms reviewed on 17 October 2026. Different agreed rates can apply. Older market notes using 25% should not be treated as the current default schedule.
See the deduction order.
With no vendor deductions in that illustrative base, the seller share would instead be $70. The missing input is a real quote for deductions, not a reason to set those charges to zero.
| Step | Illustration |
|---|---|
| Buyer-payment base | $100.00 |
| Assumed vendor deductions | $5.00 · hypothetical, not a published rate |
| Adjusted net receipts | $95.00 |
| Default platform share · 30% | $28.50 |
| Seller share · 70% | $66.50 |
Keep FanPay Link’s base separate.
In FanPay Link’s selected agency illustration, a $100 listed picture produces a $109.50 fan total and $92.50 agency balance before creator splits, taxes, refunds and payout costs. Its two percentage fees use the listed price. These numbers are not directly comparable with a $100 adjusted-receipts base.
Ask each provider for the same concrete offer: the listed price, final fan payment, transaction deductions, platform share and amount available before a creator split. That is the information needed for a useful comparison.
Check scope as well as cost.
Create your account to start your FanPay Link setup. Confirm the required workflow before treating a fee difference as a reason to move an active business.
- Identify linkpay.co rather than another similarly named service.
- Confirm the rate that applies to your account.
- Request a complete fee-base and deduction example.
- Check the content, access and payout terms for your offer.
- Confirm production availability and any required agency functionality.
Compare the fee bases.
