The calculator rounds fees on each sale before adding a month’s results, then displays whole-dollar estimates. It shows a planning scenario, not a forecast or a withdrawal promise.

The listed price is the amount assigned to one picture. Photos sold per month is the number of completed sales in your scenario. Adjust up to 20,000 monthly sales and a $250 average price, or try the $300,000 monthly example. These are planning inputs, not product limits or a sales forecast.
At 120 sales of an $8 picture, listed sales total $960. Each agency fee is $0.60, leaving $7.40 per sale and $888 in the monthly agency illustration.
Round a sale before you total a month.
At $5, 7.5% is $0.375, which rounds to a $0.38 agency fee. The agency balance is $4.62. At 120 such sales, the balance is $554.40. Multiplying $600 of sales by 92.5% would instead produce $555 because it skips the transaction-level rounding.
At 15,000 sales of a $20 picture, listed sales reach $300,000. Each agency fee is $1.50, giving $22,500 in total agency fees and a $277,500 agency balance before creator splits and other costs.
Apply your creator agreement separately.
If an agreement divides the agency balance, apply the agreed percentage to that balance after platform fees. For example, an illustrative 40% agency share of $9.25 is $3.70, leaving $5.55 for the creator. That is a manual planning example, not an automated FanPay Link split feature.
Taxes, refunds, payout costs and the time funds become available are outside this calculator. Confirm the terms that apply to your setup with sales before relying on a scenario as a cash-flow plan.
