Image preparation is a step you control. Validation is a separate FanPay Link step before a picture can be attached to a paid link.
Review the picture you intend to sell.
Open the original at a useful size. Check focus, orientation, crop and whether the subject is clear. A small thumbnail can hide mistakes that become obvious in the delivered picture. Keep the finished original separate from any draft or promotional image.
Confirm supported formats, dimensions and file-size limits with sales for your setup. This guide does not assign unconfirmed technical limits or imply that every image export is accepted.
Check what else is visible.
A paid link changes access to the image. It does not remove private details from the original or establish a right to sell someone else’s work. Resolve those issues during preparation rather than relying on the preview blur.
- Review other people and any permission records needed for the offer.
- Look for names, addresses, screens, documents and reflections.
- Review location or other private metadata before sharing a file.
- Check whether your description matches this exact picture.
- Keep a record of the original and the creator who supplied it.
Keep the validation step connected.
Upload the picture to your vault, then complete the applicable validation before attaching it to a paid link. Use a consistent internal reference in your own records so the image, check and offer can be matched later.
If you change the picture or your intended use, confirm the applicable requirements again. Do not treat a different service’s approval or an unrelated file as proof that this offer is ready.
Check your picture before upload.
