The tracking template is manual. It does not describe a built-in FanPay Link analytics, attribution or export feature while the dashboard is in development.
Define what you actually observed.
| Event | What it establishes |
|---|---|
| Offer shared | A known message or placement was published |
| Reply or reaction | Someone expressed interest, not necessarily a visit |
| Measured visit | A recorded page visit, with the measurement method noted |
| Checkout activity | An observed checkout step, not a completed payment |
| Confirmed sale | A transaction supported by the actual payment record |
Record the sale and its fee base.
For an actual completed sale, record a non-sensitive transaction reference, offer reference, date, currency and listed price. Keep fan fee, agency fee and agency balance separate. Apply the selected fee model to each transaction with cent rounding.
Do not paste card details, identity documents or unnecessary personal information into a working spreadsheet. Keep records limited to the task and store them appropriately. The synthetic sample rows are examples, not customer transactions.
Measure only rates you can support.
A conversion rate needs a reliable numerator and denominator over a matching period. If the only known quantity is completed sales, report that quantity. Do not label a replies-to-sales ratio as a visit conversion rate.
Write the attribution method beside each observation. A manually assigned channel is an operational note, not proof that a platform tracking feature identified the buyer’s source.
Use the record for a next action.
- Review confirmed sales and post-fee balance.
- Check whether the offer or audience changed.
- Mark missing observations as unknown.
- Keep a dated note of the decision.
- Reconcile actual adjustments against the payment records.
Start a manual sales ledger.
