A bio link is a route to your offer. It does not automatically create a native social-platform checkout or override that platform’s content rules.
Match your profile promise to the destination.
Someone leaving a social profile should recognize the offer they arrive at. If your bio says a new photo is available, the destination should make that picture and price clear. Avoid routing a specific offer through several vague menus.
If a profile supports an external link and the offer is permitted, use a short action: see the photo preview, then decide whether to unlock it. Instagram, Snapchat and other networks have different current rules and account features; check those rules before choosing a placement.
Replace vague copy with the actual offer.
Keep the promise proportionate. Do not describe one paid picture as a membership, complete vault or perpetual collection. Use urgency only when there is a real, supportable deadline.
| Vague | Clearer when accurate |
|---|---|
| Exclusive things below | New behind-the-scenes photo. Preview and price below. |
| Click now | See the photo preview. |
| Everything unlocked | Unlock this original photo after payment. |
Check the whole mobile path.
A preview screenshot saved last week is not proof that today’s shared link is correct. Keep a simple record of which offer is being promoted from which placement and when it was last checked.
- Open the exact profile link in a mobile browser.
- Check that the offer matches the profile description.
- Review the blurred preview and final fan amount.
- Remove broken redirects or outdated destinations.
- Repeat the check when the promoted offer changes.
Learn from a defined placement.
Use your own records to connect a profile offer with observed activity. If you cannot measure visits reliably, do not calculate a click-to-sale rate from guesses. A message reply, link click and completed sale are different events.
FanPay Link’s dashboard is in development; attribution and analytics features are not established by this guide. The manual tracking worksheet helps you plan what to record without claiming a built-in reporting feature.
